Our goal is to achieve 2 million tons per year of LNG long-term contracts, providing stable supply to support our customers' sustainable growth.

November 2007, Established Hongkong BK Limited, focused on Korea-China trade in petrochemicals, electronics, and household goods

2025

  • May | Reached strategic cooperation with Indonesia Bosowa Energy Group to jointly promote LNG terminals, small-scale LNG, and energy transition projects

2024

  • July | Signed landmark agreement with AG&P LNG, successfully delivering BKLS’s first LNG spot cargo into China
  • March | Signed collaboration agreement with Huaying International Energy Trading

2023

  • November | Established Singapore subsidiary BK LNG SOLUTION PTE. LTD (“BKLS”)
  • March | Commenced trading of oil products such as EN590 diesel and light cycle oil (LCO)
  • February | Reached cooperation with Lianyungang LNG Company of China for ISO tank LNG supply, signed MOU and received authorization
  • February | Reached agreement with Hanyang Corp. to co-develop and operate the NEA LNG Hub Terminal in Yeosu, South Korea, signed terminal use agreement (TUA) and MOU

2007–2022

  • November 2020 | Obtained LNG import/export license from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of South Korea
  • November 2019 | First successful ISO tank LNG import from Korea to China in cooperation with KOGAS and POSCO, discharged at Qingdao port and transshipped to Lianyungang
  • August 2019 | Became member of Shanghai Petroleum and Natural Gas Exchange (SHPGX), initiated LNG trade cooperation
  • November 2018 | Launched ISO tank LNG business, signed supply contract with DWCT (Korea’s No. 1 LNG ISO tank manufacturer), began initial production
  • November 2007 | Established Hongkong BK Limited, focused on Korea-China trade in petrochemicals, electronics, and household goods
